- Setup
- The greeting, business information, call rules, testing and any separate setup work or charge.
- Included usage
- The actual allowance, how calls or minutes are counted, and the price of additional usage. No unlimited allowance is implied.
- Your phone service
- Forwarding arrangements, any number costs, provider charges and the route back to a person where supported.
- Connections
- A checked diary, delivery route for summaries or CRM connection, plus any extra work, licences or provider costs.
- Information handling
- Recording, transcripts, delivery, access and retention settings for your agreed service.
- Ongoing work
- The managed service, updates and tuning, support arrangements and how additional work is quoted.
- Ending the service
- 30 days written notice for monthly services. The current billing period is not refunded. Agree how calls switch back and how information is handled.
There is no checkout on this site. The proposal and main Flying Penguin terms set out the service before you commit. The published setup estimate is typically within 5 business days; timing for your own setup depends on the agreed work and required information.
