Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow analytics. It measures visits across Flying Penguin’s websites in the existing Flying Penguin property. Advertising storage remains off. We do not send form contents to Analytics. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments. Your browser saves your privacy choice; use Cookie settings in the footer to change it or withdraw permission.
Playing an example
The four videos are hosted with this site. Playing or selecting one does not start a phone call, ask for microphone access or send a recording from your device. The scripts use made-up callers and AI voices. Native controls and the written transcripts let you choose how to follow them.
Display preference
Pause motion saves a local preference on this device under fp-receptionist-motion. It is not sent to an analytics service. The same control changes it again.
Following a contact link
The enquiry form and calendar use the main Flying Penguin services and their privacy information. Telephone and email links open your own applications. There is no local enquiry form, call widget, microphone recording or file upload on this specialist site.
Your receptionist setup
Caller information, summaries, recording, transcripts, access and retention for a customer service are agreed separately before it goes live. The example videos do not establish those settings for your business.
