Scope and charges
The starting monthly price is not an unlimited-call offer. The written quote identifies setup, allowance, additional usage, phone-provider charges, connections, ongoing work and any separate costs. No VAT is currently charged.
Call routing and handover
Forwarding, bookings, transfers, notifications and fallback arrangements depend on the setup agreed for your business. Connections are checked before they are promised. This is not an emergency response service or a guarantee of an immediate human reply.
Monthly cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The current billing period is not refunded. Separate work and third-party costs follow the written agreement. Agree routing and information arrangements for the end of the service.
Examples on the website
The four demonstrations are scripts written by Flying Penguin, performed with AI voices. They are not customer calls, testimonials, completed bookings or proof of a connection to your own system. Selecting or playing one does not initiate a live call.
